RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4432/2022 in Crl.O.P. (MD).3825 of 2022 dated 07.04.2022 on the file of this Honourable High Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMESHKUMAR D, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4432 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3825 of 2022 on 07.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and it has not been taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4432 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3825 of 2022 on 07.04.2022 is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
