********** Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner wants to hold the petition mentioned sports event. His request was rejected by the third respondent. Challenging the rejection order, this writ petition came to be filed.
3. The petitioner states that he will act as a nodal person to ensure the smooth conduct of the event. This undertaking is recorded.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader reiterated the objections set out in the impugned order.

5. We went through the same. We are of the view that the objections are rather of general nature. No specific particulars have been set out. The petitioner is also not having any bad antecedent. Therefore, the impugned proceedings is set aside. We direct the third respondent to issue proceedings permitting the holding of the event. The third respondent also shall stipulate appropriate conditions to ensure the smooth conduct of the event. The petitioner is directed to strictly adhere to the same in letter and spirit. The learned Special Government Pleader is directed to inform the third respondent about the passing of this order without waiting for the certified copy.
