Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to initiate appropriate action as against the 2nd respondent and 3rd respondent, in the light of the representation dated 24.07.2018, for declaration of duty and consequently direct the 2nd respondent, to produce the seized Honda Amaze Car, Bearing Registration Number TN-76-AX-0006, before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to take action on the representation made by the first respondent dated 24.07.2018. A consequential prayer is also sought for by the petitioner for directing the second respondent to produce the Car that was seized at the time of investigation. 2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the Car will be produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram on or before 23.08.2018. On such production of the Car, it is open to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Judicial Magistrate for return of Car. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The first respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders

within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
