ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.38 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after investigation, final report was closed as "mistake of fact" and R.C.S. notice was served and the report was submitted before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai and the matter has become infructuous.
