Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner's name was deleted from the revenue record by the third respondent. Questioning the same, the petitioner moved the second respondent.

3.The second respondent is directed to pass final order on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2024 within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. The second respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing the final order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
