The petitioner, who was engaged as a Driver in Arulmighu Ramanathasamy Thirukovil, Rameswaram, has filed this writ petition as against the order of the first respondent dated 07.05.2023, deputing him as night watchman.

2. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and he was allowed to retire from service. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.
