ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the persons of detenue namely, Sandhiya Rajashri, W/o.Arulselvam, aged about 19 years before this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the alleged missing person viz., Sandhiya Rajashri, aged about 19 years old, was secured at Kumbakonam and produced by the second respondent before this Court. 4.On interacting with the wife of the petitioner, it appears that on her own volition, she had gone out to the house and she is not under illegal detention of anybody.

5.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
