This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor/respondent for his wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17979 of 2024, dated 21.10.2024. 1/4

When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 03.06.2025), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that in pursuance of the directions of this Court, the respondent has filed the charge sheet through e-filing and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.47 of 2025 on 30.05.2025 and the same is pending on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai.
