ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the respondent to file the Final Report with appropriate penal provisions in connection with the case in Crime No.470 of 2018 dated 25.07.2018, on the file of the respondent.
2.The petitioner is arrayed as accused in the above said Crime number, which has been registered based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 355, 506(1) IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and Final Report was made ready on 31.07.2018 itself as "mistake of fact".
4.Since the case has been ended as mistake of fact, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
