This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the appointment of the Respondent No.6 as illegal and consequently to appoint the petitioner as Post Graduate Assistant (Physics) in the Kavi Mani Desiya Vinayagam Pillai Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Kottar Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the writ petitioner has got transferred and she is now working in the Government Higher Secondary School, Kariyapattinam. Kanyakumari District and as such no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. 3.In view of the above submission, no further orders are required in this case and hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
