This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse and settle the
petitioner's terminal benefits, Gratuity, Pension Commutation Value, Provident Fund Accumulation, Earned Leave Encashment and Contribution recovered for the IRT Medical, Engineering and Polytechnic College, due Rs.38,00,000/- within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2.Mr.R.Sethuraman, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent. Mr.A.Jeyaram, learned Counsel takes notice for the respondents 2 to 4. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.The case of the petitioner is that the Petitioner has already given representations to the respondents. But his representations did not evoke any response from the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. The learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that it is agreeable for the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders thereon. 5.In view of the submission, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2018 and to pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with the rules, within a period of three months from the date on which a copy of this order is made ready.
6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
