ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary and immediate actions for removing the encroachments based on the representation, dated 16.06.2021.

2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today, Mr.K.S.Kathiravan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the Government, taking notice for the respondents 1 to 4, submitted that the respondents have removed the encroachment in the land in question.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the removal of the encroachment, the Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
