O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition with a grievance that the fifth respondent is running a poultry farm and broiler chicken shop without taking permission. The location is a residential area and as such, the petitioner submitted a representation. Though the second respondent called upon the third respondent to take action, there was no follow up action taken by the Authority.

2. We direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 15.02.2017, on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the fifth respondent. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
