RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 30/07/2018 made in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6029/2018 in Crl.R.C.(MD) NO.430/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.GANGAI AMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 30.07.2018 made in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6029 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.430 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.At request of the petitioner and the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not able to pay the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- immediately, this Court modifies the order dated 30.07.2018 as under:

4.The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- to the credit of S.T.C.No.330 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, (Fast Track Court Magisterial Level), Madurai on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

or before 27.08.2018 and shall deposit the balance amount of Rs.75,000/- on or before 03.09.2018. No further modification or extension of time will be granted to the petitioner. If the petitioner fails to comply the above condition, the order of suspension of sentence shall stand recovered automatically without any further reference of this Court.
