*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner seeks to grant permission for conducting Volleyball Tournament, which is proposed to be held on 25.06.2017 from 08.00 PM to 07.00 AM and Minnoli Kabadi Tournament, which is scheduled to be held on 26.06.2017 from 07.00 PM to 07.00 AM at Sriregunathapuram, Panagudi, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. The representation given by the petitioner is pending before the second respondent. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
