O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and also his property comprised in S.Nos.185/3 A and 1377 situated at Nadupatti Village, Dindigul District on the basis of my representation dated 27.07.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.194 of 2021. During the course of enquiry, it was found that a dispute arose between the parties with regard to the share of brokerage amount and the private respondents himself has given a undertaking they will not make any trouble or threaten the petitioner in future. Based upon the under taking given by the private respondents, the same was closed.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10366 of 2021 4.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
