: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to grant permission for conducting cultural activities, traditional dance and songs (Adal Padal) on 14.06.2017 at 06.00 p.m. to 11.00. p.m. for the completion of festival in Kaliamman and Mariamman temple, Sannasipatti Village, Mathoor, Trichy District based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2017.

[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner seeks for issuance of a direction to the respondents to grant permission to conduct cultural programme on 14.06.2017 at 06.00 p.m. to 11.00. p.m. in connection with a temple festival and to the said effect, he has submitted a representation to the second respondent on 06.06.2017. Since, the representation has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the representation is still pending with the second respondent, this Court is not inclined to give any positive direction in this Writ Petition, but, directs https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
