PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.107 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/first accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(2)(c), 5(1)(a) and 7(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, in Crime No.107 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are friends. The petitioner hired the defacto complainant's house for the purpose of accommodate the guest, who have come for the marriage at Aralvoimozhi and the defacto complainant also gave the house key to the petitioner, but the accused 2 and 3, who are the friends of the petitioner used the house of the defacto complainant for illegal purpose. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
