Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, by directing the respondent No.1 to 7 to conduct the Peace Committee Meeting to settle the dispute amicably and to maintain the Law and Order situation at Chandiranpatti Village, South Ilayathankudi Group, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2020 within a time limit that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the peace committee meeting as sought for by the petitioner was conducted to resolve the dispute between them and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and thus, the writ petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
