ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 290, 291 and 295 of IPC in Crime No.361 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with three others went in front of Mosque and abused the persons who were praying and caused annoyance to the defacto complainant and others. Hence, the Complaint.
3. Investigation appears to have been completed and final report has also been filed. The petitioner is still absconding for the past three years.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail.
5. However, considering the nature of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. At https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD)No.10317 of 2021 this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
