ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the first respondent to dispose the appeal, dated 25.09.2017 made by the petitioner for ratifying the mistake committed during the UDR Scheme.

2. Mr. K.P. Krishna Dass, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner has come forward with this petition stating that the property in S.No.618-11 belongs to him and that during the UDR Scheme, the portion of the property was included in the property of the respondents 2 and 3 and granted Patta in favour of the respondents 2 and 3. Since the petitioner wants only the appeal to be disposed of, no prejudice will be caused to the respondents 2 and 3 and hence, notice to the respondents 2 and 3 is dispensed with.

In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 25.09.2017, after hearing the respondents 2 and 3 and petitioner and verifying the documents, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
