ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. According to the petitioner, the respondent police is calling the petitioner for enquiry frequently and harassing him. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 2, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner and only based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the third respondent, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate that the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner and based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry, directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose of the complaint of the third respondent within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
