ORDER

The revision petitioner seeks an early disposal of I.A.No.520 of 2014 in A.S.SR.353 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Kulithurai.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that one of the respondents passed away and therefore, the petition has been taken out for effecting substituted service. The petitioner is willing to extend his fullest co-operation in this regard. Therefore, the Court below is directed to conclude the enquiry in I.A.No.520 of 2014 in A.S.SR.353 of 2014 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This Civil Revision Petition is allowed accordingly. No Costs.
