Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission and necessary Police Protection to perform the cultural programme (ie.,) Adal Padal Dance Programme on 18.06.2017 at 7.00 P.M. to 11.00 P.M in the Festival of Thiru Vizha festival committee of Arulmigu Sri Mahakaliamman, Sri Muthumari amman Thirukovil at Ayyaloor, Vedachanthur Taluk, Dindugal District.

*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner seeks for issuance of a direction to the respondents to grant permission to conduct cultural programme on 18.06.2017 at 7.00 P.M. to 11.00 P.M at night in connection with a temple festival and to the said effect, he has submitted a representation to the second respondent on 02.06.2017. Since the representation has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the representation is still pending with the second respondent, this Court is not inclined to give any positive direction in this Writ Petition, but, directs https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
