This petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.187 of 2013 in O.S.No.424 of 2014 on the file of the learned Additional Sub Court, Pudukottai, dated 08.03.2019. 1/3

2.It is informed that O.S.No.424 of 2014 was dismissed for default on 04.10.2021 and it has not been restored so far. 3.Considering the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, in case, the suit is restored by the Court below. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
