ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner for removal of the trees in the petitioner's patta land, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 08.06.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that that based on the representation given by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted an enquiry, found that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and the enquiry is in progress.
3.In view of the above, the third respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.06.2022. 2/4
4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
