ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 24.04.2025 under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying to grant pre-arrest bail.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that the respondent-Police had received a complaint from the defacto complainant and registered the same as C.S.R.No.263 of 2025 and the matter has been resolved through a compromise between the parties.
3. In view of the said submission, the petitioner no longer has any reasonable apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent-Police. 2/3
