This writ petition is filed challenging the Election Notification dated 15.05.2017 issued by the third respondent, Sangam.

learned counsel appearing for the second and third respondents. 3.This Court is of the considered opinion that this writ petition is not maintainable under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and for redressal of the grievance, the petitioner had to approach the competent civil Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
