2. According to the petitioners, the respondent police are calling the petitioners for enquiry frequently and harassing them. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 2, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police have not harassed the petitioners and only based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, they called the petitioners for enquiry.
