Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the direction given by this Court regarding filing of final report has not been complied with.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor pointed out that final report was filed already and that certain defects have been pointed out. The memorandum dated 28.06.2022 issued by the jurisdictional Magistrate has been produced before me. It is further stated that the defects have since been set right. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is confident that within two weeks, cognizance will be taken.
