Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. JOEL PAUL ANTONY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8201 of 2021, dated 24.06.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 14.07.2021, without fail.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 14.07.2021.
