This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners to call for the records pertaining to First Information Report [FIR] in Crime No.71 of 2021 of Muthukulathur Police Station, Muthukulathur, Ramanathapuram District and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in the instant case is completed and a final report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Muthukulathur in C.C.No.7653 of 2023, on 15.11.2023.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
