PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 26.05.2022 within a time frame, as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 26.05.2022 within a time frame, as fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the complaint received from the petitioner was enquired and a case has been registered in Crime No.722 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 448 and 506(i) IPC and the investigation is pending.

3. Recording the same, the second respondent is hereby directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
