ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police in S.C.No.140 of 2011, on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Pattukottai, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 506 (ii) and 307 I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioners were absent during the trial in S.C.No.140 of 2011, on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Pattukottai. Therefore non bailable warrant came to be issued on 09.06.2014.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertakes that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below regularly https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on all future hearing dates without fail.

4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioners, the Court below is directed to impose stringent conditions against the petitioners and make them to appear before the Court regularly apart from the hearing date and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day. 5.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
