Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC in Crime No.20 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 18.04.2018 at about 9.30 p.m an attempt was made to steal from the temple undiyal and A2 was caught red handed and he was remanded to judicial custody. Based on the confession given by A2, this petitioner has also been arrayed as accused .

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged offence and he has been unnecessarily roped in by the respondent police. 4.The learned Government Advocate would submit tht the peititoner was arrayed as an accued in this case only based on the confession statement given by A2.

5.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur, Ramnad District and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
