This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry.
2.According to the petitioner, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent. Therefore, he sent the representation dated 23.04.2025 to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry purpose and apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.
5.Recording the said submission that the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner and only based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry purpose and the petitioner's representation is pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry upon the third respondent's complaint along with the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.
6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
