This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to to extend the time to furnish sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3997 of 2026 dated 25.02.2026.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioners that due to personal reasons, they could not arrange sureties and comply the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.3997 of 2026 dated 25.02.2026 till 22.05.2026. 2/4
