ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to make a request to the concern authorities to recall the lookout circular against the petitioner as per the order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21138 of 2023 dated 15.07.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the second respondent has already sent a letter to the first respondent for taking necessary action in respect of lookout circular issued against the petitioner. Hence, it is for the first respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court directs the first respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with law, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in respect of the lookout circular issued against the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
