Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct Respondents 2 & 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry in the Civil dispute in a business transaction with the fourth respondent.

ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the Respondents 2 & 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry in the Civil dispute in a business transaction with the fourth respondent.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a business transaction between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the petitioner was called for enquiry. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has produced all the relevant 1/3
documents to the third respondent police, they threatened the petitioner to settle the amount to the fourth respondent and they are acting in favour of the fourth respondent. Hence, this petition. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent enquiry in CSR No.417 of 2021 was undertaken and it came to be closed on 29.07.2021 on the ground that the petitioner promised to return a sum of Rs.64,00,000/- in 16 installments.
4.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the enquiry has been closed, nothing survives in this petition for further consideration or direction. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
