ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the basis of the representation of the petitioner, dated on 14.06.2021 (C.S.R.No.219 of 2021, dated 08.06.2021) against the respondents 3 to 6.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.06.2021, F.I.R has been registered against the respondents 3, 4 and 6 in Crime No.28.07.2021 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(2) of I.P.C and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.
