ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents.
2.The petitioner is said to have borrowed some amount from the third respondent. The petitioner alleges that based on the complaint from the third respondent, the second respondent is indulging in katta panchayat.
3.It is admitted that the third respondent has given a complaint.
The second respondent who is now holding the petition/enquiry shall conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the said enquiry. If at the end of the enquiry the respondent decided to register any FIR, he will give advance notice to the petitioner so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. If the second respondent wants to summon the petitioner, the summon will be given only in writing and the petitioner will not be orally summoned.
