2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the viscera report is awaited and on receipt of the viscera report, the final report would be filed within three months.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
