ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl O.P.(MD). No.6039 of 2026 dated 27.03.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition from 27.03.2026, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned respondent police on the first working day of every English calendar month, for three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
