ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, are satisfactory and the delay of 199 days in representing the Second Appeal, is condoned and accordingly, this Petition is allowed on payment of Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred only) as costs, to the credit of the "District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam" (payable in Account No.10767823177, IFSC Code.SBIN 0000898, M.I.C.R. Code.625002601, State Bank of India, Periyakulam) on or before 25.09.2018.
