ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents.

2.The petitioner states that he and the private respondents are joint owners of the property in question. He further alleges that the private respondents have fenced the area and are preventing the petitioner from accessing his own house. All that the petitioner wants is removal of two stone pillars. 3.This is a clear civil dispute. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily avail his remedy only before the jurisdictional civil court. CRL.O.P.(MD)No.10730 of 2020 will be taken on file and any interlocutory application that may filed by the petitioner herein will be disposed of expeditiously by the concerned Court.
