O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to forebear the 2nd respondent from interfering in civil dispute, which is related to the land in Survey No.25, RS No.25/C, T.S.No.4 and 64, AR Block No.18 to an extent of 91 cents, situated at Melappalayam Village, Tirunelveli District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 as well as the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent.

3.Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate would submit that the 2nd respondent conducted enquiry and at the time of enquiry, the petitioner and the 3rd respondent submitted that they will resolve their dispute before the competent civil court. It is further submitted that the 2nd respondent has not interfered with the civil dispute of the petitioner.

4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
