This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the inquiry of the petitioner's complaint dated 15.11.2021 pending on the file of the 3rd Respondent to any other independent and impartial investigation agency. 2.According to the petitioner, he sent the representation dated 15.11.2021 to the third respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 2/5

15.11.2021 was closed after enquiry on 16.10.2023. Now, again the petitioner sent the representation, dated 31.03.2025 and the same is under consideration with the third respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's representation is pending with the third respondent, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 31.03.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
