Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India pleased to direct the Principal Subordinate Judge, Trichy to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.202 of 2016 in a time bound manner as fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Trichy, vide the letter in D.No.597 of 2019 dated 05.03.2019, this Court made the following order:

By letter dated 05.03.2019, the learned Principal Suboridinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli has requested further time of three months to dispose the case in H.M.O.P.No.202 of 2016.

2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended further for a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 05.09.2018.
