RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents herein from in any manner trying to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property by the petitioner comprise in S.No.197/4A of an extent of 0.29.5 ares situated at Kovil Kurivithurai village, Vadipatti taluk, Madurai district pending disposal of the above writ petition.

To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records issued by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Ni.Mu.No.188/2021/B dated 24.03.2023 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to cancel the patta No.674 in respect of the property comprised in S.No.197/4A2 situated at Kovil Kurivithurai village, Vadipatti taluk, Madurai district.
