This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to grant adequate protection to the petitioner, life, liberty and property, for fencing his lands comprised in 410/3, 410/4, 410/5, 410/6, 410/7, 410/8, 410/9, 410/10, 410/11 measuring 8 Acres and 18.5 cents situated at Managudi Village, Karaiyur Group, Tiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering the petitioner representation dated 24.07.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10355 of 2021 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 7 submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 29.08.2021.
